The CW Announces 2008-09 Primetime Schedule

Going into their third season as a network, the CW is making a bold statement by creating a primetime lineup that is sure to lure that ideal demographic away from the big guys. Spoiled rich kids living in fabulous zip codes is the name of the game this fall on the CW!

Historically, Sunday night programming has never been a huge draw for either the WB or CW, so the network has turned the three-hour block over to Media Rights Capital. Sunday nights will now feature two new comedies and two new dramas from top producers and creative talent. Details on the new series will be released at a later date.

Cast: Jennie Garth as Kelly Taylor, Shenae Grimes as Annie Mills, Tristan Wilds as Dixon Mills, Lori Loughlin as Debbie Mills, Jessica Walter as Tabitha Mills, AnnaLynne McCord as Naomi, Dustin Milligan as Ethan, Michael Steger as Navid, Jessica Stroup as Silver and Ryan Eggold as Ryan Matthews.
Premise: Television's most famous zip code returns this season. The Mills have moved from the Midwest to Beverly Hills to keep a close watch on Tabitha, the troubled family matriarch and former (faded) television star. Teens Annie and Dixon begin attending the super-hip West Beverly Hills High School and soon realize this new life is going to be much harder than they ever could have imagined.

Cast: JoAnna Garcia as Megan Smith, Lucy Kate Hale as Rose, Ashley Newbrough as Sage, Allan Louis as Marco and Michael Cassidy as Charlie.
Premise: After getting a degree from Yale, Megan Smith is wasting her hard-earned education by working for a tabloid magazine. Her life takes a dramatic turn one day when she gets fired and then meets cosmetics mogul Laurel Limoges, who makes her an offer she just can't refuse -- a job as a live-in tutor for Laurel's twin teenage granddaughters. Megan is whisked off to an incredible mansion in Palm Beach and is given every luxury she could possibly dream of, complete with a gorgeous neighbor. The teens aren't exactly thrilled to have a live-in tutor, but Megan isn't about to go quietly into the night and let these spoiled brats ruin her amazing new life.
